About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a point of support for managers and employees on day-to-day matters, ensuring consistent guidance aligned with HR policies
  • Identify and refer issues requiring escalation to specialized HR areas (Talent, Culture, Operations), ensuring proper routing and follow-up
  • Monitor and continuously report on the plant’s organizational climate, generating insights, alerts, and trends to support decision-making
  • Practice active, ongoing listening to support employees, promote inclusion, and ensure HR best practices
  • Lead in-person onboarding for new employees, ensuring a structured, consistent experience aligned with organizational culture, and drive continuous improvement of the employee journey
  • Manage internal communications initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, alignment of messages, and an improved employee experience
  • Ensure local implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, adapting communication and execution to the site’s specific characteristics
  • Execute and support local culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives, in alignment with specialized HR areas
  • Coordinate local logistics for training, events, and internal communications, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and alignment with specialized teams
  • Manage and locally support internship and apprenticeship programs
  • Manage the Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) process, including committee formation, monitoring indicators, results calculation, and consolidation for payment
  • Support collective bargaining processes in accordance with company guidelines
  • Represent the company with unions, the Ministry of Labor, and the Labor Court in employment terminations, hearings, and other institutional interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Proven experience and solid background in Human Resources
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with different HR functions
  • Based at the Barueri, SP site, with availability for weekly travel to Sorocaba, SP
