About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a point of support for managers and employees on day-to-day matters, ensuring consistent guidance aligned with HR policies
- Identify and refer issues requiring escalation to specialized HR areas (Talent, Culture, Operations), ensuring proper routing and follow-up
- Monitor and continuously report on the plant’s organizational climate, generating insights, alerts, and trends to support decision-making
- Practice active, ongoing listening to support employees, promote inclusion, and ensure HR best practices
- Lead in-person onboarding for new employees, ensuring a structured, consistent experience aligned with organizational culture, and drive continuous improvement of the employee journey
- Manage internal communications initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, alignment of messages, and an improved employee experience
- Ensure local implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, adapting communication and execution to the site’s specific characteristics
- Execute and support local culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives, in alignment with specialized HR areas
- Coordinate local logistics for training, events, and internal communications, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and alignment with specialized teams
- Manage and locally support internship and apprenticeship programs
- Manage the Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) process, including committee formation, monitoring indicators, results calculation, and consolidation for payment
- Support collective bargaining processes in accordance with company guidelines
- Represent the company with unions, the Ministry of Labor, and the Labor Court in employment terminations, hearings, and other institutional interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
- Proven experience and solid background in Human Resources
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with different HR functions
- Based at the Barueri, SP site, with availability for weekly travel to Sorocaba, SP
