About the role

  • Provide global analytical support for the monthly projection process
  • Lead and coordinate the process of updating the Emerson Financial Model
  • Develop presentations for senior management
  • Provide finance support for the New Product Development process
  • Gather data from world areas for ad-hoc analysis
  • Prepare and update data requests sent from Corporate
  • Develop and implement improvements to the current HFM reporting process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong business system knowledge including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • A working knowledge of Hyperion is preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a project oriented environment
  • Ability to perform solid accounting and financial analysis
  • Articulate professionally and concisely with all levels of management
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Advanced English skills
