About the role
- Monitor and provide support to the import and export operations team;
- Monitor purchase orders, item master records, and system configurations to prevent operational impact;
- Record expenses and authorize payments for the accounts payable team;
- Update and monitor the area's performance indicators;
- Support internal stakeholders by advising on operations and best practices;
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and risk mitigation in the supply chain;
- Participate in international trade projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations;
- Proven experience in international trade;
- Advanced English;
- Analytical and results-oriented profile;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Organized, proactive, and able to apply critical judgment in decision-making;
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, ERPs (Oracle), and OSGT;
