About the role

  • Monitor and provide support to the import and export operations team;
  • Monitor purchase orders, item master records, and system configurations to prevent operational impact;
  • Record expenses and authorize payments for the accounts payable team;
  • Update and monitor the area's performance indicators;
  • Support internal stakeholders by advising on operations and best practices;
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and risk mitigation in the supply chain;
  • Participate in international trade projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations;
  • Proven experience in international trade;
  • Advanced English;
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Organized, proactive, and able to apply critical judgment in decision-making;
  • Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, ERPs (Oracle), and OSGT;
