About the role
- Support the project team and ensure proper management of all project documents
- Follow the instructions from Project Managers/quality specialists, initiate the projects in SharePoint pages & DocPro and manage the documents accordingly
- Ensure that a record of document versions is kept and that version numbers are appropriately updated
- The documentation controller will also be the central point of distribution of the final documents to customers
- Work with operational managers/quality specialists to define document templates and ensure that they are used within the project
- Use document templates to create project-specific core documents according to project team requirements
- Work with project manager/technical team to create documents (drafting/reviewing/finalizing) for ongoing projects
- Manage billing centralization so project managers can re-invoice clients
- Translate documents when necessary (non-technical information)
Requirements
- Proven administrative skills (minimum one year of experience)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office package especially Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of project and quality management systems
- Knowledge of using Microsoft SharePoint (or ability to learn)
- Good oral and written communication skills (English)
