About the role
- Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues and mediate/resolution of workplace issues
- Support teams through the performance management process, including feedback, coaching, and improvement plans
- Lead investigations and resolutions of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity
- Lead onboarding and exit processes, conduct check-ins and exit interviews, and analyze employee feedback to address workforce trends
- Support employee immigration processes including work visas, green card applications, and compliance with immigration laws
- Support Talent Acquisition to align hiring with organizational goals and build employer brand
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes; maintain compliance with laws and communicate/train on HR policies
- Collaborate across the business to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that influences team and business success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- 4+ years of Human Resources related experience
- Proven positive customer service and employee relations skills
- Ability to address sensitive information and difficult situations with tact, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience and skill with digital collaboration tools, Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Ability to produce quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred: Employee relations experience
- Preferred: Self-directed and able to balance demand, capacity, change, and agility
