About the role

  • Provides leadership to a team of Inside Sales Engineers to meet stated Sales goals for the group.
  • Develops processes for the effective delivery of customer support.
  • Assures accurate and timely response to field sales and customers regarding orders, quotations, and other customer related activities.
  • Promotes effective selling behaviors and ensures the development of customer relations.
  • Coordinates workloads, develops strategies, and implements plans to support both the customer’s needs and Emerson’s objectives.
  • Maintains up-to-date measures that support timely and accurate customer service and sales growth.
  • Passionate about encouraging a successful team environment through team building and individual development and recognition.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering or Technical discipline
  • Minimum of six (6) years experience in a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong business insight, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Proven track record and successful history of achieving goals and sales targets.
