About the role

  • Design and implement statistical models to forecast revenue, identify performance trends, and support business planning
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer segmentation
  • Build predictive models for lead scoring, churn risk, territory optimization, and other revenue-impacting initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are aligned with business goals and priorities
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability for analytics use cases
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators to monitor business health and drive accountability
  • Support CRM governance and data quality initiatives to ensure reliable reporting and analysis
  • Present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions through scenario modeling, forecasting, and performance benchmarking
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across Revenue Operations
  • Stay current with industry trends, statistical techniques, and emerging technologies and find opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and analysis processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and SQL
  • Experience with regression analysis, forecasting, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Experience working in Revenue Operations or a B2B environment (preferred)
  • MBA or Master’s in related field (preferred)
  • Strong eye for business and ability to connect analytics to strategic goals (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus (preferred)
