About the role

  • Analyze customer, market and internal operations data to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks and performance variances across markets and portfolios.
  • Convert complex data sets into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead and support bottleneck elimination programs by identifying constraints, quantifying impacts and facilitating cross‑functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Finance to drive order growth, improve service levels and increase profitability.
  • Plan and support Continuous Improvement events through process analysis, data collection and post‑implementation follow‑up.
  • Continuously monitor and report on Service Level performance for the Flow Controls area, ensuring visibility, accountability and sustainable results.
  • Serve as a bridge between business teams and Oracle functionalities, contributing to adoption, enhancements and efficient use of new and existing features.
  • Facilitate Oracle tool implementations by translating business needs into use cases and supporting testing, training and change management.
  • Build strong partnerships within a matrix organization, aligning stakeholders around common goals and data‑driven analyses.
  • Work autonomously from problem definition through solution implementation and realization of benefits.
  • Communicate clearly about issues, root causes and solutions, using data to support decisions and foster alignment across diverse teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in continuous improvement or business intelligence.
  • Desirable programming skills (SQL, R, Python) and experience in industrial or logistics environments — experience with control valves is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and root‑cause methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, 5 Whys).
  • Ability to measure performance and track KPIs.
  • Experience in bottleneck elimination techniques and flow optimization.
  • Experience developing business intelligence solutions and turning complex data into insights.
  • Knowledge of cross‑functional processes (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Basic project management skills (scope, prioritization, benefits tracking).
  • Fluent English; Spanish is desirable.
