About the role

  • Support project planning activities, including task tracking, schedules, action items, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain project documentation such as status reports, risk/issue logs, decision logs, and shared repositories.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collect and validate data for basic reporting and dashboards (e.g., milestones, deliverables, and risks).
  • Follow established project, change, and process management standards and templates.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and questions to the assigned Project or Program Manager in a timely manner.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and lessons-learned reviews.
  • Complete required training and actively seek feedback to accelerate learning and development.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project, program, or operations management.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
