About the role
- Support project planning activities, including task tracking, schedules, action items, and meeting notes.
- Maintain project documentation such as status reports, risk/issue logs, decision logs, and shared repositories.
- Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
- Collect and validate data for basic reporting and dashboards (e.g., milestones, deliverables, and risks).
- Follow established project, change, and process management standards and templates.
- Escalate risks, issues, and questions to the assigned Project or Program Manager in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and lessons-learned reviews.
- Complete required training and actively seek feedback to accelerate learning and development.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project, program, or operations management.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
