About the role
- Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterparts in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into business tools.
- Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
- Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions
- Suggest process improvements in the respective support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
- At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
