About the role
- Hold responsibility for sales of the complete Branson product portfolio (US, VIB, IR, MW, Laser) within the assigned sales territory and develop/execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, increase market penetration, and improve margins.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities, and contribute to business and product strategy through competitive and market analysis.
- Manage execution of the annual regional sales plan, consistently attaining or exceeding order and revenue targets by territory and coordinate the preparation of sales forecasts and business plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account customers, ensuring strong communication, strategic account management, and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while actively identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and operational excellence across designated countries.
- Work closely with technical teams on product selection and application support to ensure optimal customer solutions and recommend product enhancements based on market, sales, and technical insights.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales channels, streamline sales operations, and align go‑to‑market approaches with customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Build and lead a high‑performing organization through talent development, performance management, and succession planning, providing leadership, clear direction, and defined priorities aligned with Branson business goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- University degree (technical education would be an advantage)
- 5 years of experience in a supervisor or management role
- Proficiency in English
