About the role

  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of digital twin simulation systems and high-performance control room solutions
  • Develop and test control‑logic models to replicate real‑world plant operations in simulated and operational environments
  • Collaborate effectively with process‑simulation engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams
  • Leverage knowledge of customer processes to lead customer‑facing activities such as controls validation and performance testing
  • Contribute to global cross‑functional projects by supporting senior engineers
  • Take initiative in learning simulation tools, automation platforms, and industry standards
  • Support the development of internal tools and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or equivalent
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, including experience in project management, preferably within a technical engineering‑related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Comfort presenting technical concepts to both engineering and non‑technical audiences
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
