About the role
- Understand customer needs through market research and the voice of customers
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Operations, Digital and IT teams to understand needs and improvement opportunities for the customer experience
- Use concrete data analysis and insights to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions around optimizing the overall customer experience
- Drive key strategies and programs aimed at increasing adoption and overall team productivity
- Identify process bottlenecks and look for innovative new ideas and features to test, which will yield value to the customer and the company
- Create networks within the organization which can assist in delivery of change
- Understand and analyze tech opportunities that will enable new productivity and utilization enhancement. Provide insights that modernize the vision and roadmap
