About the role
- Apply deep expertise in DeltaV and Ovation upgrades to support complex upgrade projects.
- Build strong relationships with Italian Services teams as the Upgrade Technical Expert.
- Own upgrade activities to reduce costs while meeting schedules and quality standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and innovative upgrade solutions.
- Support sales by engaging customers and contributing to project estimates.
- Stay informed on market trends to align upgrade capabilities with business needs.
- Lead, train, and mentor other engineers to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements
- Technical expertise equivalent to an Engineering degree or comparable experience.
- Proven experience in Project or Lifecycle Services within a complex process industry.
- Expertise in DCS systems upgrades and direct customer interaction.
- Strong leadership in improvement initiatives and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with flexibility to travel up to 40% across Italy.
