About the role
- Managing the flow and control of project documentation.
- Understand the documentation requirements and collect the documentation from factories and other sources and expedite it to customers for review or approval.
- Convert and provide the documentation in the adequate form requested by the customer.
- Review possible customer comments and ensure modifications and corrections are made to meet desired results.
- Maintain and develop effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure work requirements are appropriately documented in applicable systems (Customer Portals, Emerson Systems).
- Maintain and achieve KPIs and goals related to your projects(s), taking proactive actions.
Requirements
- University or college degree
- Digital literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent in English
