About the role

  • Drive organizational change by designing and implementing NPD frameworks that align with business strategy and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Serve as a change agent, influencing culture, behaviors, and adoption of new processes across engineering, operations, and business units
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and establish governance models
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to harmonize processes and embed best practices across global teams
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and industry benchmarks to optimize performance
  • Monitor process effectiveness using KPIs and continuously refine frameworks to improve speed, quality, and compliance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a strong focus on organizational change and process transformation
  • Proven success in implementing NPD frameworks for hardware and software development
  • Expertise in integrated business processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ability to define requirements for tooling teams
