About the role
- Efficiently perform credit and collection activities for Emerson's customers
- Identify, validate, and log customer disputes
- Perform initial investigation and communicate findings
- Support workflow to achieve or exceed identified metric goals
- Assist cash application specialists
- Allocate payments against invoices
- Monitor advance payments and coordinate with business units
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance-related courses
- 1 year of experience in a collection or accounts receivable role
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
