About the role

  • Preparing quotations and following up on issued offers by phone.
  • Managing small and medium-complexity inquiries (Tier 0& 1) for M&A and/or Flow products.
  • Converting RFQs into orders by providing customers with suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Providing customer service to the highest standards by responding to customers’ questions or delegating queries.
  • Identifying customer needs and collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Sizing and configuring products according to specifications, application fit, and documentation.
  • Creating quotes in Oracle/My Emerson and submitting proposals to customers on time.
  • Verifying purchase orders in accordance with the technical proposal and resolving any technical-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in engineering or similar technical positions
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Relevant knowledge of the process industry (Preferred)
  • Knowledge in Oracle (Preferred)
