About the role
- Develop and execute project plans, align stakeholders, define requirements, and maintain schedules.
- Establish governance standards, manage scope and schedule changes, and ensure project documentation is up to date.
- Assess project performance, manage risks with mitigation strategies, and document high-level risks.
- Build team cohesion, foster relationships, and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, monitor developments, and apply global awareness.
- Provide training, promote best practices, and contribute to global project management refinement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or regulatory environments
- Strong working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and practices
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Must be willing to travel as needed (estimated 10%)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
