About the role

  • Develop and execute project plans, align stakeholders, define requirements, and maintain schedules.
  • Establish governance standards, manage scope and schedule changes, and ensure project documentation is up to date.
  • Assess project performance, manage risks with mitigation strategies, and document high-level risks.
  • Build team cohesion, foster relationships, and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, monitor developments, and apply global awareness.
  • Provide training, promote best practices, and contribute to global project management refinement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or regulatory environments
  • Strong working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and practices
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage initiatives
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Must be willing to travel as needed (estimated 10%)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
