About the role

  • Design, implement, and maintain custom Azure-based cloud environments to support cybersecurity operations
  • Build and enhance Python-based applications tailored for cyber incident response workflows
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure reliable deployment and scalability of applications
  • Collaborate with security analysts to create tools and integrations that improve detection and response capabilities
  • Ensure systems and applications meet high standards for security, reliability, and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud engineering
  • Proficiency in Python for application development
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and cloud security principles
  • Familiarity with CI/CD implementation
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is preferred
  • Knowledge of incident response workflows and security operations is preferred
  • Understanding of container orchestration and microservices architecture is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams is preferred
  • Experience using GitOps tools such as Argo CD is preferred
