About the role
- Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s partners through remote communication or site visits;
- Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process;
- Ensuring the innovative and efficient solutions are proposed;
- Proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
- Ensuring collaborators are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
- Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
- Supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;
- Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in an Engineering field;
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal);
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
- Experience in process automation field for various industries;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Self-disciplined and autonomous;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Proficiency in another European language
