About the role
- Process customer orders and product returns
- Handle outbound customer calls to resolve queries

Requirements
- Technical High School degree or actively studying a university career
- Preferred: University bachelor's degree completed or technical careers
- Between 2-3 years of experience in Shared Service Centers
- Advanced English level (B2+) to ensure excellent communication
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers from the United States, Canada, and Latin America
