About the role
- Act as the technical reference point throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams — Including the Project Management Office, Sales, Design, Production, Quality, and Procurement — to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the main technical interface for clients, suppliers, and factories, managing all assigned projects with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and update technical documentation.
- Support remote commissioning activities.
- Handle change requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or similar)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing high-quality service
- Fluency in Italian
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
