We are looking to add a Marketing Sales Support Specialist to provide comprehensive assistance, serving as a critical bridge between marketing initiatives and sales execution.
Based at our PWS headquarters in **Cranberry Township, PA**, you will deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer experiences through seamless coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders, exhibitors, partners, and the broader marketing and sales teams. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support the execution of campaigns, technical events, lead generation activities, and customer engagement efforts, maximizing the impact of our go-to-market strategies. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**Industry, Customer and Emerson Event Support**
- Serve as a logistics coordinator for industry, customer and Emerson events, working closely with the Lead Event and Marketing Communications Specialist
- Collaborate with business units, product teams, and solution partners to manage exhibitor communications, booth assignments, and deadlines.
- Help coordinate various aspects of booth logistics including shipping, setup/teardown schedules, electrical, internet, AV needs, and compliance with venue regulations.
- Coordinate assembly and shipment of event materials, promotional giveaways, and product displays
- Assist with onsite management during events, ensuring a smooth exhibitor experience and addressing any real-time needs
- Help collect and qualify leads during event and assist with lead tracking and follow ups post event
- Support post-event analysis for continuous exhibit and event improvements
**Sales Enablement **
- Provide technical and product information support to the sales team
- Assist with maintaining the dedicated power and water solutions content, video and image libraries, providing technical input that helps to ensure content is accurate, current and aligns with business strategies and messaging
- Support creation and maintenance of internal AI productivity tools
- Contribute to accurate and timely lead hand-offs to sales updating CRM systems with campaign interaction, lead intelligence and tracking.
- Assist with contributing content to a sales success story and customer reference database
**Marketing Support**
- Assist in providing content related to integrated marketing campaigns including email, digital, social, and print.
- Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns by ensuring sales teams have up-to-date materials
- Support lead nurturing workflows and campaign tracking processes.**

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or sales support. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for event support, up to 25% of the time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, engineering, or similar field
- Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical industries
- Experience with event platforms, like Cvent, Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Eloqua
- Strong knowledge of the Ovation automation platform software and technologies
- Understanding of the power and water industries including plant processes
