Manage programs and sub-projects within the Flow Controls’ Global PMO DPX organization, mainly related to the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS) using Oracle's Primavera software suite.
Lead global and cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs, process improvements, and functional and technical requirements to develop digital tool capabilities to support business objectives.
Work with functional, IT, and Global PMO stakeholders and vendors to design solutions that meet the business needs and corporate standards while also balancing cost with functionality, interoperability, and flexibility.
Oversee or lead digital tool design, configuration/development, and user testing.
Work closely with the implementation leader and project teams to develop implementation and training strategies, plans, and communications and support implementation to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
Develop and maintain program management plans including resource, license, communication, risk management, and change management plans.
Develop and maintain program-level schedules through all phases and identify and manage dependencies.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, manage resources, and drive teams to meet the planned scope and timelines.
Monitor progress according to the program / project plans and schedules and proactively identify and manage issues and risks. Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Identify resources and commitment needed, and work with resource managers to gain support and secure resources for projects.
Work closely with the DPX Director and others to align methodologies, processes, global designs, integrations, data harmonization, testing, training, and user support.
Identify and quantify benefits and costs for digital tools and technologies and support the AR process to secure funding.
Prepare for and provide regular communications and reporting to program leadership, executive sponsors, business leaders, and stakeholders.
Contribute to Global PMO newsletter and portal content.
Work with the DPX Director and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities, analyze requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on cost benefit analysis and ROI.
Support objectives of the Global PMO and promote awareness and acceptance of digital tools and capabilities with global stakeholders.
Help track and ensure existing programs are continually adding value and meeting the changing business objectives.
Work as part of the Global PMO leadership team toward meeting project goals and organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology-related field or similar.
5+ years of Program / project management, business analyst and/or software development experience.
Proven leadership and ability to manage teams to achieve results.
Strong communication and team building skills.
Ability to travel domestically and globally as needed (up to 20%).
Flexibility to work hours / attend meetings aligned with global team working hours.
