About the role
- Collaborate – Foster innovation and teamwork by partnering with team members, product developers, and leadership to build and maintain our continuous delivery pipeline. Engage in agile practices including sprint planning and retrospectives, plus participate in Hackathons, Tech Talks, and Communities of Practice.
- Innovate – Research, prototype, and implement cutting-edge technologies to strengthen our market leadership. Leverage the latest tools and frameworks to accelerate business outcomes and enhance our software delivery processes.
- Automate – Develop automated processes that expand our CI/CD pipeline and ensure release-ready products. Create scripts and programs to streamline both routine and complex tasks.
- Iterate – Drive continuous improvement in our DevOps environment and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field
- Experience in C# or a similar Object-Oriented programming language with hands-on experience using IDEs (such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Eclipse, etc.) on Windows OS
- Experience with Git source control
- Knowledge of / Experience in computer systems and components
- Enthusiasm for working with physical computer hardware and lab equipment
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
