About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and open doors, build new client relationships through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Develop Centers of Influence (COI) channel partners who refer and multiply your pipeline
- Run a consultative, listening-first sales process from first conversation to close
- Lead group presentations and one-on-one discovery conversations to uncover client needs
- Follow up and follow through on every lead and proposal, consistently and with care
- Strategize with the CEO on account growth, pipeline development, and market approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a new business sales role (B2B)
- Proven ability to independently manage a pipeline and close new business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations
- Willing to travel up to 30% to attend conferences, events, and client meetings
- Florida, Miami area preferred
- Education: 4 year degree or >5 years experience in B2B sales
