- Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
- Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
- Experience running and managing different size projects.
- Accountability for the ownership and management of delivery.
- Internal and external reporting experience.
Requirements
- Experience with DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking.
- Experience in Agile Software Delivery.
- A solid understanding of SDLC/PDLC.
- Good technical grasp and awareness of engineering best practices.
- Ability to use the language of the engineering teams, to lead discussion over technical/architectural topics when needed.
- Excellent level of written and verbal English communication.
- IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage.
- Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage.
