About the role
- Support meetings by coordinating between technical and non-technical resources, and track/report deliverables and outcomes.
- Coordinate and support technical connectivity testing activities.
- Assist with overall team planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for new and existing interfaces within the JCOIC portfolio.
- Facilitate Line-of-Sight (LOS) connectivity.
- Review and manage Change Request (CR) activities.
- Apply knowledge of networking and network technologies to respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and report on network connectivity issues or events.
Requirements
- Experience with the concepts, terms, processes, policies, and implementation of information security.
- Knowledge of the latest security measures across all stages of the information system life cycle.
- Ability to solve complex problems involving diverse information systems.
- Capability to identify and differentiate between critical and non-critical systems and networks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Eight (8) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Apply knowledge of networking and network technologies to respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and report on network connectivity issues or events.
- Preferred: Prior experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
- Preferred: Experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
