About the role
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Manage incoming requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Log and track tickets, user stories, and progress in DevOps
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support project delivery by ensuring requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Provide input to improve processes and ensure efficiency in requirement management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests effectively
- Skilled in requirement vetting and documentation
- Experience with DevOps for tracking tickets and user stories
- Background in the mortgage industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience working in hybrid work environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with data and/or technical teams
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to clear a criminal background check
- Willingness to complete an online assessment (cognitive evaluation)
