About the role
- Transform and migrate healthcare data (CSV/Excel) into proprietary databases using automation tools, primarily Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Analyze, clean, and map clinical data, resolving discrepancies and “one-off” scenarios not handled by automation
- Debug and troubleshoot data issues, including SQL stored procedures, with minimal supervision
- Research and resolve unmapped clinical terms, medications, ICD-10 codes, and other healthcare data elements
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data migration and mapping
- Participate in knowledge transfer and training sessions with technical leads
- Document processes and contribute to ongoing process improvement
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis, data mapping, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL
- Background in healthcare or clinical data; familiarity with clinical terminology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable researching clinical concepts and resolving data mapping issues
