About the role
- Lead product teams by defining strategies and priorities that will grow and/or sustain business
- Participate in product development teams and provide guidance on business priorities and customer needs
- Partner with Contract Operations and lead engagement with government on contracting actions
- Support implementation of international growth strategies
- Manage project expense budgets and serve as a coach and mentor
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required, advanced scientific degree or MBA a plus
- 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading teams in the biologic/vaccine industry preferred
- Knowledge of medical countermeasures market and global health security issues
- Familiarity with government contracting and collaboration partners
- Excellent management and communication skills, including prioritization and team building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with SAP, MS Teams, Smartsheet, Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel as required
