About the role
- Ensure residents' life satisfaction through individualized, stimulating, and holistic nursing and care
- Actively participate in and implement care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's health condition and individual needs
- Document nursing processes and ensure their quality
- Carry out medical orders and therapies delegated by physicians
- Provide conceptual guidance and contribute to the ongoing development of services in the secured residential unit
- Provide professional supervision and guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Further qualification in gerontopsychiatric care (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- High commitment and strong organizational skills
- Enjoy working with residents
- Team player with social competence and a strong sense of responsibility
