About the role
- Ensure our residents’ quality of life through individualized, activating, and holistic nursing and care
- Actively participate in implementing care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident’s health status and individual needs
- Document care processes and perform quality assurance
- Carry out medical orders and therapies delegated by physicians
- Provide conceptual support and further development of work in the protected residential unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training/certification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- Commitment, flexibility, and a caring approach to our residents
- Team player with strong social skills and a sense of responsibility
