About the role
- Ensure residents' well-being and life satisfaction through individualized, activating, and holistic nursing and care
- Actively participate in implementing care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's health status and individual needs
- Document care processes and contribute to quality assurance
- Administer physician-delegated prescriptions and therapies
- Provide conceptual guidance and support the ongoing development of practices in the sheltered living unit
- Provide professional supervision and guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Specialist qualification or further training in gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- High level of commitment and strong organizational skills
- Enjoy interacting with residents
- Team player with social skills and a strong sense of responsibility
