About the role
- Responsible as a DATEV Consultant for configuring client and advisor accounts.
- Support as a key user in administering DATEV software and handling updates.
- Provide consulting on the use and optimization of DATEV solutions.
- Ongoing review and improvement of the IT infrastructure.
- Create and maintain technical documentation as well as activity reports.
- Develop best practices for digital collaboration between the firm and clients.
Requirements
- DATEV expertise (practice accounting/Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, DMS, Unternehmen Online, LODAS/Payroll, etc.)
- Solid experience with DATEV products and in supporting Microsoft system environments.
- Ideally certified in DATEV and/or IT security domains.
- Preferably experience as a financial accountant, tax assistant, or in a comparable role.
- Desirable completed training as a financial accountant, tax clerk, and/or certified balance-sheet accountant.
- Strong communication skills, confident presence, and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer.
- Independent, structured working style and customer orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and service/customer focus.
- Proactive, organized and self-responsible approach to work.
