- Ensure residents' well-being and quality of life through individualized, activating, and holistic nursing care and support
- Actively participate in implementing care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's health status and needs
- Document care processes and ensure quality assurance
- Carry out physician-delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further develop work in the protected living unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Advanced training or certification in gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- Commitment, flexibility, and a caring approach to our residents
- Team player with interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
