About the role

  • Ensure the residents' quality of life through individualized, activating and holistic nursing care and support
  • Contribute to and implement care concepts and nursing standards
  • Adapt care to each resident's current health status
  • Carry out physician‑delegated orders and therapies
  • Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, trainees and interns
  • Document care processes and ensure quality assurance
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑admission support for residents
  • Perform administrative tasks related to occupancy management

Requirements

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
  • Ideally professional experience, but career starters and returnees are very welcome and will receive support and guidance
  • Comfortable with digital documentation
  • Experience with IT‑supported/computer‑based documentation
  • Passion for the nursing profession and enjoyment in working with residents
  • Quality‑oriented and structured way of working
