About the role
- Ensure residents' quality of life through individual, person-centered, activating and holistic care and support
- Actively participate in and implement care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt nursing care to each resident's health condition and individual needs
- Document nursing processes and ensure quality assurance
- Carry out physician-delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further development of work in the protected living unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Further qualification in gerontopsychiatric care (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- Commitment, flexibility, and a compassionate approach to our residents
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
