- Ensure the quality of life of our residents through individual, activating, and holistic nursing and care
- Actively contribute to and implement care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt nursing care to each resident's health condition and needs
- Document care processes and ensure their quality
- Carry out medically delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further development of work in the secured living unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further qualification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
