- Ensure residents' quality of life through individual, activating and holistic nursing care and support
- Actively participate in and implement care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's current health status and individual needs
- Document care processes and contribute to quality assurance
- Execute medically delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further develop practices in the protected living unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Advanced training in gerontopsychiatric care (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a structured, quality-oriented manner
- High level of commitment and strong organizational skills
- Enjoy interacting with residents
- Team player with social skills and a strong sense of responsibility
