About the role
- Ensure the quality of life of our residents through individualized, activating and holistic nursing care and support
- Actively participate in and implement nursing concepts and care standards
- Adapt nursing care to each resident’s current health status and needs
- Document nursing processes and ensure their quality
- Administer medically delegated prescriptions and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further development of work on the residential units
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- High commitment and organizational skills
- Enjoy working with residents
- Team player with social competence and a sense of responsibility
