About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for all sales roles
  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection activities
  • Build diverse talent pools through social branding, social media, advertisements, networking, and referrals
  • Build external networks and develop qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated openings
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
  • Promote hiring events and use social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities for sourcing
  • Partner with leaders to source and hire candidates for sales roles, including Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, and Automation Sales
  • Recruit for key staff positions
  • Communicate with managers and candidates throughout the process and facilitate employment offers and acceptances
  • Develop relationships with vendors and external partners
  • Establish consistent processes and tools for evaluating application qualifications, capabilities, and experience
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and identify recruitment process improvements
  • Support the company’s Affirmative Action Plan through outreach initiatives
  • Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, identify trends, stay current on best practices and technologies, and coach managers through selection processes
  • Travel periodically to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced, technical-based environment
  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience
  • Successful sourcing through creative and alternate means
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting
  • Ability to build broad external networks and qualified candidate pipelines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Effective communication with managers and candidates
  • Travel periodically to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
