About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned region
  • Drive accountability for key performance indicators such as work order completion, service quality, and process adherence
  • Ensure achievement of financial targets
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 skilled technicians
  • Oversee the trades – handyman, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, floorcare, landscaping and snow removal
  • Provide staff development, coaching, and feedback
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues
  • Manage 40-50 buildings across the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties
  • Facility Management, IFM experience preferred
  • Must be willing to travel and participate in after-hours/on call support
  • Ability to travel 40% depending on location; 3-5 nights per month overnight travel
