About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all contract functions between Mesa Energy Systems and our client
  • Responsible for daily operations and maintenance, and reimbursable projects under the contract.
  • Oversees the contract budget and supervision of project personnel
  • Evaluating the efficient operation of the project
  • Provide administrative and technical direction and supervision to staff in completing work assignments
  • Coordinates purchase of necessary supplies, equipment and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects
  • Strong experience with Windows and MS Office
  • Must know about submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors and other assigned personnel
  • A thorough understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and operations.
  • The individual must be able to walk throughout a large facility to include climbing stairs and walking on catwalks.
