About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all contract functions between Mesa Energy Systems and our client
Responsible for daily operations and maintenance, and reimbursable projects under the contract.
Oversees the contract budget and supervision of project personnel
Evaluating the efficient operation of the project
Provide administrative and technical direction and supervision to staff in completing work assignments
Coordinates purchase of necessary supplies, equipment and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline
2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects
Strong experience with Windows and MS Office
Must know about submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors and other assigned personnel
A thorough understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and operations.
The individual must be able to walk throughout a large facility to include climbing stairs and walking on catwalks.
