Account Manager – HVAC Service

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and manufacturing clients
- Identify and close new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Promote renewable service agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic, technical proposals
- Track opportunities in CRM and maintain detailed account plans
- Represent IKM at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales experience in construction, mechanical systems, or related industries
- Ability to read construction drawings and P&IDs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with excellent time and territory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; COINS and SmartSheet experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
