About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assumes the overall responsibility for the quality and compliance management of the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio.
- The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for working with the EMCOR departments and suppliers to ensure work orders are managed within the established KPI’s.
- Responsible for managing supplier cost and delivery to all sites.
- Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facility.
- Plan and execution of audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment.
- Partner with the Kimberly-Clark team to manage properties, budget, and Customer experience.
- Ensure consistency and high performance of services.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
- Regularly audit performance and address issues.
- Occasionally travel required to perform duties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management.
- OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card.
- BOMA, IFMA, LEED Certifications a plus
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations
- Requires use of MS Project, Word and Excel.
- Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required
