About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assumes the overall responsibility for the quality and compliance management of the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio.
The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for working with the EMCOR departments and suppliers to ensure work orders are managed within the established KPI’s.
Responsible for managing supplier cost and delivery to all sites.
Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facility.
Plan and execution of audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment.
Partner with the Kimberly-Clark team to manage properties, budget, and Customer experience.
Ensure consistency and high performance of services.
Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
Regularly audit performance and address issues.
Occasionally travel required to perform duties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be 21 years old or older
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management.
OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card.
BOMA, IFMA, LEED Certifications a plus
Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations
Requires use of MS Project, Word and Excel.
Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required
