Assistant Project Coordinator – Virtual Design and Construction

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project Planning assistance: Helping to develop strategies and plans for implementing VDC processes throughout the project lifecycle when needed.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and conflicts and developing mitigation strategies to address them before they become problems.
- Project coordinator performance observation: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of project coordinators and making recommendations for improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects.
- Ensure Process Standardization: Ensuring the established standardized workflows and protocols are being used.
- High level personnel management: Project coordinators should be empowered to run their projects autonomously within established parameters, while also having the freedom to execute tasks in their preferred manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working experience with Revit software
- Associate's degree in computer Drafting or Construction Management
- Field experience in the construction trade
- Electrical construction experience a plus
- Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of management.
