About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize workload to manage normal day to day activities, emergency assignments and special projects
Manage subcontractors and direct reports
Perform annual performance evaluations for direct reports
Hold subcontractors accountable to meeting contract requirements
Respond to customer escalations and ensure constant communication
Investigate, develop and implement projects, processes or activities
Foster a positive work environment with associates and customer
Work in EMCOR and Customer CMMS systems to keep work orders updated

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be in commutable distance from the Norristown, PA office
Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in the HVAC industry
Minimum of two years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management or customer service role required
Advanced proficiency MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
Must be punctual, reliable and caring about their work ethic.
