About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform detailed on-site surveys and auditing of client sites including K-12 schools, Higher Ed, Federal, Corrections, Healthcare and Others
Accurately document existing conditions in predetermined software
Develop a scope of work and perform energy calculations for existing and proposed conditions
Manage projects from concept through to completion
Identify and solve complex mechanical problems
Keep multiple projects organized and accurate during various stages of development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
Prior work in the Construction or Energy Services industry is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel and Word
General knowledge in auditing: Domestic water, Process Water, Steam, Building Envelope, HVAC Armor, Demand Control Ventilation, Others
A strong understanding of engineering principles
The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret energy consumption data
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Meticulous approach to work
Understanding of financial metrics like return on investment (ROI), payback period, and life cycle cost analysis
